Job Description:

Reporting to (role): Enterprise System Manager
Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Support the SAP SD Modules that support the operations.
- Possess a clear understanding of SAP Environments and hands-on experience as a core team/end user in SAP Sales modules.
- Extensive knowledge in SAP Process Industry in Sales, distribution, supply chain, and data maintenance.
- Independently gather requirements, explain requirements to IT vendors, ensure the implementation of the right methods, perform UT, and get UAT signed off with relevant stakeholders before further deployment in the PROD environment.
- Review all Functional specifications related to the CRs carried out in SD modules.
- Act as an internal system SME for upgradation projects.
- Ensure comprehensive and updated project-related documentation.
- Act as the first point of contact for any system-related issues highlighted by end-users.
- Good to have SAP Support experience either in the Chemical or Pharma industry.
- Responsible for interacting with business users in the area of Sales & Distribution.
- Primarily responsible for Order to Cash cycle and STO process within SAP.
Internal & External Relationship:
- function/Agency: All Functions
- Purpose of Interaction: To understand their challenges, requirements & provide solutions in a timely manner. Provide timely updates on the project status. Support required from other internal teams like Infra, Infosec Team in delivering the projects.
- Vendors: Timely coordination with implementation Partner to ensure quality & timely delivery.
Job Specification:
-Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Business Process Transformation
- Relevant Industry: Chemical / Manufacturing Industry (Desired)
- Qualification: MBA or relevant course
- Certifications/Trainings: SAP certification, SAP HANA implementation/migration experience (Preferred)
