Born and raised in Maharashtra, I understand firsthand the challenges students face when they lack the right networks, resources, or guidance. What corporate-city students take for granted—LinkedIn tips, resume reviews, mock interviews, and industry connections—were simply inaccessible to students from smaller towns and villages.
That realization drove me to start WeAreForYou365 in 2019. What began as a WhatsApp group sharing job updates has grown into a comprehensive career platform serving thousands of students across India.
