Position: Safe Scrum Master
Experience: 7+ years
Certification: Safe6 certification mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Teach and coach SAFe principles, implementing and supporting SAFe practices.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to flow.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure effective implementation of SAFe Lean-Agile Principles.
- Strive towards achieving sprint/release goals and the objective of release train.
- Support product owner for product backlog management and prioritization.
- Act as a change agent for SAFe adoption.
- Manage impediments backlog and facilitate their removal.
- Endorse SAFe practices and display Lean-Agile leadership.
- Facilitate SAFe ceremonies and build a highly motivated, self-organized team to deliver high business value.
- Understand team dynamics and manage dependencies with other involved teams.
- Conduct ART Ceremonies and facilitate estimation from Feature to story level.
- Improve organization agility.
