Join our team as a Procurement Technology Solutions - Subject Matter Expert at 3M Technology Center of Excellence (TCOE). You'll be an integral part of our efforts to enhance internal capabilities in Digital, Infrastructure & Applications, Data & Analytics, and IT Operational Excellence.
Role Overview:
- Expertise in Procurement technology, including direct and indirect procurement, accounts payable, supplier performance management, and requisitions.
- Lead the deployment of ERP technology and other IT solutions across Source-to-Pay processes.
- Support stakeholders with Source-to-Pay inquiries and collaborate with technical resources to optimize ERP operations.
- Contribute to the transition to future state Healthcare platforms.
- Work across multiple teams in a high-pressure environment to ensure successful procurement operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in procurement processes and IT Solutions.
- Seven (7) years of experience in procurement processes in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and communicate across multiple levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of industry-standard procurement solutions such as S/4 HANA, Ariba is preferred.
- Experience with Procure to Pay (P2P) technology, Direct procurement, and accounts payable is desirable.
