Job Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of racks of hosts according to internal SLAs
- Triage and resolution of trouble tickets for all devices in the assigned region
- Serving as the Data Center point of contact for all High Severity issues
- Physical replacement of server and network device parts
- Ensuring correct rotation of parts and spares
- Assisting in defining metrics to increase customer uptime
- Enforcing Security Best Practices at the assigned location
- Interaction with third-party vendors and contractors
- Contribution of ideas to improve operational efficiency
Skills Required:
- Participation in and delivery of high-impact small to mid-scale projects
- Attendance at internal team meetings for metric analysis and project status updates
- Willingness to contribute to building the world’s largest Cloud infrastructure in India
