Job Description:

- Credit Appraisal: Underwriting/recommending proposals for non-collateral/collateral backed education loan.

- Process: Understanding process and policies and implementing the same.

- Delinquency Management: Control delinquency as per budget.

- Vendor/Cost Management: Managing outsource agencies and ensuring TAT is maintained.

- Quality Management: Audit, compliance, and hindsight.

- PDD Management: Controlling and tracking PDDs through proper MIS.

Required Qualification: MBA

Technical Competencies:

- Basic knowledge of loan underwriting

- Knowledge of Mortgage Lending Business

- Good communication and report writing skills

- Basic knowledge of Banking

- Good Knowledge of computer applications
